I’m a transformational spiritual coach that guides people to release what is holding them back and reclaim their true power to experience a life that is full of abundance, connection, and joy.

Tapping into multi-dimensional practices like hypnosis, breathwork, and plant medicines, we delve into the spiritual realms to bring forth deep healing, remembrance and clarity, rooted in truth, integrity, faith, and reverence for the ceremony of life.

Together, we access the depth of our spiritual nature to live a deeply embodied human experience.

My story is one of rediscovering my own value and innate power and wisdom by releasing remnants of the past that made me feel undeserving and fearful to live life to its fullest. My soul’s path has led me to work through and transform old stories of unworthiness, not fitting in, scarcity, and judgement.

I’ve been guided over the last decade explore various healing modalities including sacred coaching, plant medicines, regression hypnosis, akashic records, vision quests, ancient initiations, and studying with wisdom keepers, all of which have had a substantial impact on my path to rediscover my true essence, inner power, and soul’s wisdom.

What I feel most grateful for is how these lessons have empowered me to be of service to others who are feeling a deeper calling in their lives. A calling to release old programs, traumas, and limiting beliefs. To write a new story for themselves. To access their eternal / spiritual nature more deeply.  To live more authentically and in their power.

I facilitate by holding space from a place of groundedness, heart-centered presence, deep compassion and love to build a container that facilitates profound transformation.

Sacred Medicine Integration

Sacred plant medicines have become a key part of humanity’s collective transformation This ushers in deep healing, growth, and expansion if facilitated in a good way. However, one of the most overlooked aspect of this process is the integration.

These experiences expand our consciousness and take us to the depths of other dimensions that carry great teachings. Then we must come back into our human experience integrating the aspects of the journey that served us and discarding the parts that do not. Without proper integration in the weeks and months that follow the experience, it’s possible to have feelings of disassociation, confusion, or bypassing key learnings as next steps for your healing journey.

With much experience in working with and supporting sacred plant medicine circles, I can support in post-ceremony integration in a way that empowers you to fully integrate and embody the plant’s teachings and what that means for your path forward.

Ceremonial Breathwork

One of the most transformational medicines is literally right under our nose…The breath.

Breathwave is a circular breathing technique that includes a strong, forceful inhale, and a relaxed outbreath, in a constant circle of breathing while lying down. As the body deepens into the experience, we transcend the thinking mind into the subconscious and spiritual realm.

Here there can be deep cathartic release, emotional process, soul connection, and profound healing.
